- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Just visited Coralwood Branch Office with my College bound son to open up a checking and saving account through Personal Banker, Carlos Rojas. I called ahead to get a general appointment with Carlos, because of my great prior experience with him and my daughter. Carlos was very thorough and efficient in getting my son his accounts and describing all the details . Last year my daughter began a new job and needed an account for her pay check. We met Carlos at that point. He was outstanding in covering every aspect of banking needs. My daughter learned a lot about banking through Carlo's detailed descriptions. She is doing very well and plans on meeting with Carlos soon to apply for a credit card next. I go to this Branch , because of Carlos Rojas outstanding service!By Eric Swanson, August 30, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to open checking account, no greeting, waited for 20 min, guy next to me said he had been waiting 45 min just for a signature. Figured after they dealt with customers three would help people waiting. Then 5 people talked or walked into a room and nobody came to help us. When we finally asked if anyone would be helping the branch manager snapped at us saying someone would be worth us when the other lady was done helping other customer in cubicle. There were no representatives in any cubicles the entire time we waited. Finally walked out in disappointment. Bank somewhere else.By Samantha Rivera, February 23, 2017
