- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This is a great bank..They are friendly and very customer centric. They rarely have lines. The staff after a few visits start referring to you by name , so you will get that personal touch. When you call the bank, you get someone on the phone instead of an automated service. Some things you need to keep in mind, this is not a huge bank so don't expect branches all around the country or the latest technological advances, but if you can be ok with that, this bank is definitely a five star bank...By The Cuban Guy Andres Lara, December 09, 2016
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Awful bank wouldn't recommend to anyone if anything just stay away from this place there slow, they are inexperienced and lie to make themselves sound good when they have no idea what there talking about. So many things wrong with this Bank I've filed a complaint against this Bank because they screwed us over at Christmas of all times all because of there mistake we lost almost $600 don't be next and if you have the bank do yourself a favor and go to Suncoast.By nicky feltes, October 28, 2016
