  The person alleged to be "Ryan Brooks" was never our client at all, since we never had a client by that name. So whoever this ghostwriter person is, it was not someone who was our client, so his review is not true at all. We always fight 100% for our clients and do the absolute best job possible because in the view of Raymond Mitchell he is not just serving our clients but he is also serving the Lord who will judge his work and will reward him according to how good he served his clients. Our paralegal Carol is always very friendly and respectful of our clients, but when clients try to make us work for them as slaves without paying for the fees they owe us and constantly bug Carol to keep working for no pay as a slave then she does not keep telling them dozens of times to pay their bills first. Some clients want to waste her time by calling many several times to work their case and ignore that fact that they owe hundreds or thousands of dollars to our firm. We respect all of our clients, since all clients are made in God's image and we will go beyond the call of our duty to serve you in your case.

  I wouldn't even give this place a one star! I called last week 3 time to get advice and the staff is incompetent and they do not seem to know much and seem like they were newbees! From seeing other reviews, we are not the only ones that experienced this BAD experience! Notice how the attorney gave himself a 5 star after another customer complained! My advice, stay away from this ineffective firm unless you want to have your time wasted!!

  I hate to say this but I am very disappointed with the service that my family has been given. The assistant carol is extremely rude to downright nasty and is friendly when she wants to take money and then she doesnt return calls for over a week. They will charge lots of money but will not fight for you. We are so upset that we are debating on filing a bar complaint against them. They paint a great picture in the beginning and then do the opposite of what they say. Hopefully Carol treats other clients better than they treated my family
