- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'm sorry but everyone at this store is extremely rude. I called because I realized there was a mistake on my tracking info and was on hold for 15 minutes because she was "looking" for my package but didn't even ask for my name for her to even be able to look for the package. Just called again today to ask a question and the women was extremely rude like I didn't know what I was talking about but when she realized she was wrong she went silent and didn't even apologize. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I took a Christmas tree in a box to be shipped back to the vendor. I went in and asked if there was a dolly I could use. The lady said here let me help you. She took the dolly and when we got to the truck she wouldn't even let me help lift it. She did everything with a smile and a wonderful attitude. She handed me my receipt and said have a great day. - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆A few weeks ago I dropped off a package for return to Amazon and I used blue painters tape to seal it up. The lady was very nice and said lets retape this... Wouldn't want it come open! She said they are happy to use their tape! Today I dropped off a very small box to return to Amazon and did not tape it up and this rude man said he would tape it up as a one time courtesy but next time have it ready! What an ass!
