- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆DO NOT USE THIS BANK! Save your time and go elsewhere! I used suntrust up until I walked in to this bank and was treated horrible by the teller! I lost all respect for suntrust! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The mobile app doesn't work as well as desktop version. Couldn't check my account balance and have been charged multiple times for transferring fees from saving account. When I asked to refund due to inability of checking balance in time, was rejected. This particular bank's workers are great and very friendly, but the bank in general is a total nightmare to be with. Also had multiple problems with foreign transactions, which nobody could help to resolve. Will never work with them again. PS.
