- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have had State Farm Insurance for over 40 years. I moved to Florida in 2008 and had to move my account to an agent down here. I moved my account to Dawn Sullivan. In the last three years, quality of service has gone from OK to unacceptable. Each time I call to ask questions about my policy, I receive different answers from different workers. I have had a few accidents in the last 5 years. 2 due to defensive driving. They said they couldn't cancel me because I have been with the company so many years. But they got me to cancel my policy by tripling my rates and denying coverage they use to provide. Stay away!
